Cheat and Let Cheat: An Improvement of the Tax System Induced by a Collective Cheating

Abstract: In a world where the government only has redistributional purposes, it is shown that the tax system can be enhanced thanks to a collective cheating that is implicitly supported by the government itself. Indeed, if the different people working in the same sector play collectively, the government's role will be reduced and the costs related to the controls and to the corruption will also be reduced, the tax system will become more efficient. This is demonstrated thanks to a simple 2 people example.
